Who We Are
What Makes Us DifferentA little bit about us. I have been practicing law since 1996. I am licensed to practice in Florida, Washington, D.C. and New Mexico. I am also licensed in the Court of Appeals of Veterans Claims, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and am a VA accredited attorney since 2009. Although I am the licensed attorney, my life partner, and wife, Debbie, has been with me every step of the way. Throughout my years of practice, I have litigated throughout the United States regarding business matters, probate and family law. I have served as corporate counsel for an international company and have assisted countless families and businesses maneuver the complexities of estate planning, asset protection and business growth. Debbie serves as our office administrator with a long history of handling all our firm's administration. Deb and I love Florida and love meeting and working with our neighbors in Lakewood Ranch. In our free time we enjoy spending time with our two adult sons, hanging out with friends, boating, dancing, sitting on the beach, playing pickleball and eating at our great local restaurants. We hope we get the chance to meet and talk with you soon.
